- As part of the PREMIUM and VIP packages, the Start-Invest platform helps entrepreneurs prepare a valuation of a company or a given asset. The package includes preparatory and analytical work in order to create an estimate of the value of the company or property.
- Additional service: The investor platform helps the entrepreneur to prepare for the process of selling or acquiring investors. The package includes preparatory and analytical works in order to create an information memorandum, along with a presentation for investors. It also includes the preparation of confidentiality agreements, thanks to which information and documents can be safely transferred to potential investors.
- Packages do not include transactional consulting, in which the Start-Invest platform, as an advisor, seeks capital for the development or the buyer of the company. Transaction advice is negotiated individually with each client and is based on a transaction success fee.
- Also, the consulting fee is determined individually based on the size and weight of the given transaction. The fee is usually charged on the basis of a success fee, that is, a success fee paid by the seller if the transaction is completed.
